PlywoodCentral is owned and operated by Michael J. Lingley (Lingley Lumber LLC.) a Certified Forester with 35 years experience in the forest industry. 

Michael started working in the woods logging as a child and also was introduced to the idea of small (non–industrial ) private land owners donating tracts of forest land for conservation purposes in the 1960’s. This concept has been utilized by many land owners and helped blaze the trail for the conservation movement as a whole.

At the time of Michael’s graduation from his second forestry school with two degrees in Forestry. Michael decided to enter the forest industry at the marketing sector. This training has benefited Michael’s ability to understand the forest industry science and market trends while also retaining a code of ethics that is passed on from the tree grower to the end user.

These ethics are an important part of the whole Forest Industry equation and though some parts tend to be overlooked PlywoodCentral is committed to providing it’s customers and suppliers the most accurate information available during any transaction.
